Refund Policy overview
This policy explains when and how you can cancel services and request a refund from ServerBike LTD.
This policy should be read together with the Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Privacy Policy. Refund eligibility and exclusions depend on the approved terms and the specific service or order context.
Scope and relationship to cancellation
This policy addresses cancellation and refund requests. Cancellation does not automatically create refund eligibility except where this policy or another approved service term says so.
Eligible services and request window
Dedicated servers are not refundable.
VPS services may be eligible for refund only when a technical problem cannot be resolved by ServerBike and the refund request is submitted within the first 48 hours after service delivery.
The following services are not eligible for refund under this policy:
- Cloud hosting plans
- Shared web hosting plans
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals — processed through third-party registrars
- SSL certificates — issued by third-party certificate authorities
- Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, etc.) — activated upon provisioning
- Cryptocurrency payments — due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions
Refund conditions and review process
- Log in to the Client Area
- Open a support ticket under the Billing department
- State your service, reason for cancellation, and whether you are requesting a refund
Refunds are not issued if:
- The 48-hour VPS refund request window has passed
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating the Service Agreement
- The issue is caused by your own configuration, scripts, or software
- The reported VPS issue can be resolved by ServerBike
No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless separately agreed in writing.
Refund destination and processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Service termination, cancellation and data
Services renew automatically under the same billing cycle unless you submit a cancellation request at least 15 days before the renewal date. Promotional pricing applies to the initial term only; renewals are billed at the standard rate.
Back up all your data (files, databases, emails) before submitting a cancellation request. Once your service is terminated, all data on the server is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
