ServerBike LTD (“ServerBike”, “we”, “us”) collects and manages customer information as described in this Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge the data practices described below.
This Privacy Policy explains how ServerBike describes personal-data handling in connection with website use, account services, billing, support and infrastructure services. It should be read together with the Service Agreement, Service Level Agreement and Refund Policy.
Controller and contact
For privacy-related questions or requests, use the approved contact paths through the Client Area or contact ServerBike. This page does not create a separate legal-notice route beyond the approved ServerBike contact path.
Personal data collected
When you register for services, we collect the following information:
- Name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Date of birth and identification number (where required for verification)
- For legal entities: tax number and tax office
We also collect technical information during your use of our services:
- IP addresses (logged for troubleshooting and security purposes)

- Support ticket contents and correspondence

You can edit your personal and corporate information at any time through the Client Area.
After applicable legal retention periods have expired, you may request deletion of your data through the approved ServerBike contact path at /contact/ or through the Client Area.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to certain processing activities

Children, changes and effective date
ServerBike may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
